Sukkan & community life

What information we collect about you
Just what you choose to enter. Email when you sign up, content you put into your workspace. We don't ask for documents.
Short version: only what you choose to enter, and only what's needed to run the site.
What we collect
- Email address when you sign up or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Username you choose.
- Sub-community you select at signup (so we route the right landing pages to you).
- Workspace content you create — property name, payment plan entries, contacts, issues. This stays in your account.
- Anonymous usage data (page views, error logs) for keeping the site running.
What we don't collect
- No Emirates ID, passport, Ejari, title deed, or bank statements. We don't ask for them. We don't have a place to store them.
- No tracking pixels for advertising. There are no ads.
- No third-party data brokers. We're not selling anything.
Who sees what
- Your private workspace is visible only to you.
- Anything you mark as shared in the community feed is anonymised — name and unit stripped.
- The site editor can see your email if you contact us; otherwise we don't read your workspace.
If you want your account deleted, write in. We'll remove your workspace and your email from the database within a few days.

Sub-communities — how we group residents
We split bigger master-plans into named sub-communities so the right news, contacts, and threads reach the right people.
The committee — what it is and isn't
A small group of residents who help run Sukkan editorially, escalate issues, and welcome new members. Not a legal Owners Committee.
