Dubai is a city of distinct neighbourhoods. The right one depends on your commute, budget, lifestyle, and whether you want city density or low-rise calm.

How we group them

  • Central / waterfront — high density, walkable, premium pricing.
  • Established suburbs — family-friendly, mature amenities, mid-to-upper pricing.
  • Newer master-planned communities — lower density, newer infrastructure, often better value but further from the city centre.
  • Historic & cultural districts — smaller, character-led, mixed residential and visitor-facing.
